摘要
负荷管理是需求侧管理的重要内容,建立“城市电仓”能有效实现负荷的有序管理。文章针对城市办公建筑负荷,通过负荷柔性控制装置实现“城市电仓”。首先,研究分析建筑的负荷特性,建立起典型的建筑负荷类别,并研究不同类别的可调负荷的时间分布。其次,将单个建筑或者邻近的多个建筑柔性负荷叠加群控,构建“城市电仓”。最后,经过实际验证,负荷柔性控制装置具有良好的柔性负荷控制能力,不仅可以有效支撑“城市电仓”的构建,而且具有日常运行经济用能的效果。
Load management is an important part of demand side management,and the establishment of“urban electric warehouse”can effectively achieve orderly load management.The research of this project aims at the urban office building load,and realizes the“urban electric warehouse”through the load fl exible control device.Firstly,the load characteristics of buildings are studied and analyzed,and typical building load categories are established,and the time distribution of adjustable loads of diff erent categories is studied.Then,the fl exible loads of a single building or multiple adjacent buildings are superposed for group control to build a“urban electric warehouse”.Finally,through practical verifi cation,the load fl exible control device has a good fl exible load control capability,which can not only eff ectively support the construction of the“urban electric warehouse”,but also have the eff ect of economic energy consumption in daily operation.
