Research on CMMI application of project standardization management in tracko peration enterprise

文章以城市轨道交通管理企业为对象,以项目管理标准化、精准化和科学化为目标,按照全生命周期管理和过程控制理念,对软件系统建设全周期各环节包括需求分析、设计管理、编码管理、测试管理、发布管理中存在的风险进行分析,并结合软件项目标准化管理通用先进做法,参考借鉴CMMI三级标准控制模式,提出适用于项目标准化管理的措施及方案。

This paper takes urban rail transit management enterprises as the object,aims at standardization,precision and science of project management,and analyzes risks in all links of the whole cycle of software system construction,including demand analysis,design management,coding management,test management and release management,according to the concept of full life cycle management and process control.Combined with the general advanced practice of software project standardization management and the CMMI three-level standard control mode for reference,the measures and schemes suitable for project standardization management are put forward.
