文章简述双碳背景和绿色建筑概念,提出六点建设绿色建筑方法,并以合肥当代·凤曦府项目为例,从节能、节材、可持续方面介绍“双碳”战略下绿色建筑的设计方案,提出坚持生态可持续观念、以多元协同理念为指导、完善绿色建筑评估与监督体系、应用智能建筑和“健康”发展为核心的“双碳”背景下绿色建筑设计与发展的绿色建筑基本路向,达到设计最优,实现绿色建筑更好更快发展。

This paper briefl y describes the dual-carbon background and the concept of green building,puts forward six green building methods,and takes the Hefei contemporary Fengxifu project as an example to introduce the design scheme of green building under the"double carbon"strategy from the aspects of energy saving,material saving and sustainability.This paper puts forward the basic direction of green building design and development under the background of"double carbon",which is to adhere to the concept of ecological sustainability,take the concept of multiple collaboration as guidance,improve the evaluation and supervision system of green building,apply intelligent building and"healthy"development as the core,so as to achieve the optimal design and realize the better and faster development of green building.
