斗轮堆取料机尾车变幅机构液压控制系统设计

摘要 斗轮堆取料机主要用于大型干散货堆场,是既能堆料又能取料、可连续输送的高效装卸设备。针对斗轮堆取料机设备尾车变幅机构安全可靠、动作平稳、无振动和冲击的控制要求,对其控制回路进行研究,加入平衡回路、闭锁回路和防爆回路,保证尾车变幅液压缸动作平稳、速度可调,保证油管爆裂后能够及时锁止臂架,在此控制要求的基础上对其液压系统进行设计及计算。 Bucket wheel stacker reclaimer is mainly used in large dry bulk storage yard,which is an effi cient loading and unloading equipment capable of continuous transportation for both stacking and reclaiming.In view of the control requirements of bucket wheel stacker reclaimer equipment tailcar luffi ng mechanism for safety,reliability,smooth action,no vibration and impact,the control circuit is studied,and the balance circuit,locking circuit and explosion-proof circuit are added to ensure that the tailcar luffi ng hydraulic cylinder acts stably,the speed is adjustable,and the boom can be locked in time after the oil pipe bursts.Based on this control requirement,the hydraulic system is designed and calculated.
