在煤炭装车站行业,国内最大的钢制料仓单个仓容不超过1000t,文章所述3000t钢制料仓的设计制造为目前国内最大,在结构设计、建模计算、产品加工工艺等技术研究上都具有很大的创新和突破。此项产品填补了行业空白,针对用户提出的特大型装车站、钢制料仓,可以采用类似结构。
In the coal loading station industry,the largest steel silo in China can hold no more than 1000 tons.The design and manufacture of the 3000 tons steel silo described in this paper is the largest in China.There are great innovations and breakthroughs in structural design,modeling calculation,product processing technology and other technical research.This product fi lls the gap in the industry.For the oversize station and steel silo put forward by users,similar structures can be used.
