摘要
随着互联网业务飞速发展,用户消费习惯发生变化,电信行业如何拥抱互联网,适应用户消费习惯,为用户提供高质量的服务成为电信行业面临的一个巨大挑战。文章在传统电信计费系统的基础上,从用户体验角度出发,适应互联网发展,构建了一套智能化计费体系,将传统电信业务与互联网业务有机结合,为用户提供更好的用户体验和更加丰富的权益。
With the development of Internet,the consumption custom of users has changed.How to adapt to the consumption custom of users,and provide high-quality services has become a huge challenge for the telecommunications industry.Based on the traditional telecommunications billing system,this paper builds an intelligent billing system,from the perspective of user experience,combines traditional telecommunications services with Internet services to provide users with better user experiences and richer rights and interests.
