原烟配方模块设计原料使用定位研究

摘要 【目的】揭示原烟配方模块和单等级烟叶原料之间化学成分的关系,研究以烟叶化学成分为主要依据进行原烟配方模块组配的可行性,为更加客观、便捷地开展原烟模块设计工作提供科学参考。【方法】利用模糊综合评判方法,以河南中烟工业有限责任公司云南某产区2个原烟模块的化学成分为目标,对同产区21个单等级烟叶进行相似性分类,并用感官质量指标进行验证。【结果】相似性分类后,2个原烟配方模块的高、中、低目标值原料分别有4、5和12个以及3、9和9个;21个单等级烟叶的化学指标综合评判结果与感官质量分类结果吻合度分别达90.48%和76.19%。【结论】以原烟配方模块的化学成分为目标,可较准确地对同产区单等级烟叶进行相似性分类。研究结果在原烟模块设计目标原料快速确定方面有较好的实用性。 [Purpose]To reveal the relationship between the chemical composition of raw tobacco formulation modules and single-grade tobacco raw materials,and to study the feasibility of utilizing chemical composition of tobacco leaf as the primary foundation for the modular formulation of raw tobacco,which could provide a theoretical foundation for optimizing the design of raw tobacco formulation modules.[Methods]By using of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,21 singlegrade tobacco leaves from the same production area were classified for similarity,where the chemical composition of two raw tobacco modules from the region in Yunnan Province of China Tobacco Henan Industrial Co.Ltd.,adopted as the benchmark.Specifically,the results were verified by sensory quality indicators.[Results]Grounded on the classification criterion,the number of high,medium and low target raw materials in the two considered raw tobacco formulation modules were 4,5,12 and 3,9,9,respectively.The aggregate results of chemical indicators assessment for the 21 singlegrade tobacco leaves were 90.48%and 76.19%congruent with the sensory quality classification.[Conclusion]Targeting the chemical composition of the original tobacco formulation module permits a relatively precise classification of similarities between single grades of tobacco from the same production region.This study is highly applicable for rapid determination of target ingredients for raw flue-cured tobacco module design.
