高干度压滤机控制系统总体方案设计研究

摘要 压滤机能够优化水污染处理效果,其在实践应用中以固定方式、固定操作流程进行水污染或污泥脱水处理。在实践应用中,水过滤效率相对较低,污泥脱水处理也无法实现高干度脱水。文章结合压滤机基本工作原理,通过提高脱水温度实现压滤机控制系统优化设计。实践分析可知,优化设计工作可从硬件和软件2方面入手。只有全方位做好上述设计,才能形成具有可行性、可靠性的设计方案,为提高压滤机脱水干度提供保障。 The filter press can optimize the effect of water pollution treatment.In practice,it can treat water pollution or sludge dewatering in a fixed way and fixed operation process.In practical application,water filtration efficiency is relatively low,and sludge dewatering treatment can not achieve high dryness dehydration.Combining with the basic working principle of the filter press,this paper realizes the optimal design of the control system of the filter press by increasing the dehydration temperature.Practical analysis shows that the optimization design can be started from hardware and software.Only by doing the above design in an all-round way can a feasible and reliable design scheme be formed to provide guarantee for improving the dehydration dryness of the filter press.
