摘要
文章对耐腐蚀低碳钢生产工艺进行了概述,在控温控轧工艺研究中,主要包括控温控轧工艺设备结构设计、加热→除磷工艺研究、粗轧轧辊组间距控制研究、粗轧→除磷工艺研究、精轧阶段工艺研究、耐腐蚀低碳钢控温控轧工艺的有益效果等。研究表明,通过控制面板控制精轧视觉检测器,检测经过单个精轧轧辊组后的低碳钢钢板上的裂纹特征,并检测调节后精轧装置功率的轧辊转速比,根据转速比判定精轧装置是否出现故障;通过控制面板进行压力控制并检测精轧装置实际轧制压力值,然后据此压力判定精轧装置是否出现故障,可以逐步增加低碳钢生产效率,杜绝设备故障造成的低碳钢钢板的无效轧制。
This paper studies a corrosion-resistant low-carbon steel controlled temperature control rolling process.When the control panel controls the rough rolling device to pre rough roll the phosphorus removed low-carbon steel plate,the rough rolling temperature detector is controlled to detect the actual temperature of the steel plate,and the steel plate temperature is adjusted to the corresponding value according to the comparison between the actual temperature and the preset temperature.When the rough rolling device performs formal rough rolling on the phosphorus removed steel plate,the control panel adjusts the power of each rough rolling roller group in the rough rolling device to the corresponding value according to the thickness of the steel plate,controls the rough rolling temperature detector to detect the actual temperature of the steel plate during the pre rough rolling,and determines whether to adjust the steel plate temperature according to the comparison between the actual temperature of the steel plate and the preset temperature;it can effectively avoid that the steel plate cannot be rolled because the temperature does not meet the standard during rough rolling.
