Study on Ultrasonic Phased Array Inspection of Dissimilar Steel Welding in Power Plant Boiler

异种钢焊接接头能够实现降低生产成本,也能满足使用性能要求,目前在锅炉、管道和容器等特种设备中被广泛运用,其焊缝质量对于整个特种设备安全运行有着重要的作用,因此对于其质量把控具有重要意义。异种钢焊接接头具有化学成分不均匀和金相组织不均匀等特点,常规无损检测手段受局限程度较大。超声相控阵检测技术可实现声束的聚焦和偏转,与常规超声检测技术相比具有较大优势。制作含有裂纹、未熔合和未焊透的自然缺陷试块,利用超声相控阵检测技术对该试块进行检测,检测结果表明:超声相控阵检测技术能够较好地满足异种钢焊缝检测要求。

The welded joint of dissimilar steel could reduce the production cost and meet the performance requirements.It was widely used in special equipment such as boilers,pipes and vessels.The weld quality played an important role in the safe operation of the whole special equipment,so it was of great significance for its quality control.The welded joint of dissimilar steel had the characteristics of nonuniformity of chemical composition and metallographic structure,and the conventional nondestructive testing methods were greatly limited.Ultrasonic phased array detection technology could realize the focusing and deflection of acoustic beam,which had great advantages compared with conventional ultrasonic detection technology.The natural defect test block containing cracks,incomplete fusion and incomplete penetration was made,and the test block was tested by ultrasonic phased array detection technology.The test results showed that the ultrasonic phased array detection technology could better meet the requirements of dissimilar steel weld detection.
