摘要
变压吸附器是制氢装置中重要的分离设备,且长期处于疲劳和临氢环境中。针对变压吸附器的一些典型失效案例,分析总结变压吸附器在使用过程中常见的失效原因和类型,结合法律法规以及最新发布的团体标准T/CMES-PVP 001—2022《超设计使用年限压力容器评估与检验导则》对变压吸附器超设计寿命使用可行性和检验方法进行讨论。建议在资料审查阶段重点审查选材和焊接部分,查看运行记录,确定使用过程中是否存在超压、超量运行情况;对于局部不连续的部位,应采用精度较高的无损检测手段;对有返修焊缝的部位重点检查,查看其返修原因,制定有针对性的检验方案。
Pressure swing adsorber was an important separation equipment in hydrogen production unit,which had been exposed to fatigue and hydrogen for a long time.In view of some typical failure cases of pressure swing adsorbers,the common failure causes and types of pressure swing adsorbers in the process of use were analyzed and summarized.In combination with laws and regulations and the latest published group standard"Guidelines for the Evaluation and Inspection of Pressure Vessels with Exceeding the Design Service Life"T/CMES-PVP 001—2022,the feasibility and inspection methods for the use of pressure swing adsorbers with exceeding the design service life were discussed.It was recommended to focus on the material selection and welding parts in the data review stage,check the operation records,and determine whether there is overpressure and excessive operation in the use process.For locally discontinuous parts,nondestructive testing with high accuracy shall be adopted.Focus on the inspection of the parts with repair welds,the repair reasons should be checked and a targeted inspection plan should be developed.
