Determination of 21 metal elements in spirulina ttablets by using ICP-MS/MS

摘要 目的建立一种螺旋藻片中多种金属元素同时测定的电感耦合等离子体质谱/质谱ICP-MS/MS检测方法。方法将螺旋藻片用玛瑙碾钵碾磨成粉末状,经2 h快速微波消解,0.45μm水系滤膜过滤后,用ICP-MS/MS测定。采用了一般描述统计、t检验分析,以P<0.05(双侧检验)为差异有统计学意义。结果该方法中各元素在0.0~100.0μg/L(其中Hg元素为其他元素的1/20)范围内线性关系良好(R≥0.9976),相对标准偏差为1.1%~7.6%,加标回收率为89.8%~109.5%,用猪肝粉标准物质GBW10051(GSB-29)对方法准确性进行验证,结果在证书给定的范围内。结论该方法快速、准确、可靠,可以为市场上螺旋藻片中21种金属元素的评价和监管提供依据。 Objective To establish a detection method for simultaneous determination of 21 types of metal elements in Spirulina tablets by using Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry/mass spectrometry(ICP-MS/MS).Methods The spirulina tablets were ground into powder by agate bowl,digested by microwave for 2 hours,filtered by 0.45μm water filter,and then determined by using ICP-MS/MS.Descriptive statistics and t test were performed.A two-sided test of 0.05 was considered as statistical significance.Results The linearity of this method was good(R≥0.9976)within the range of 0.0-100.0μg/L,the relative standard derivations(RSDs)ranged from 1.1%to 7.6%.The recovery rates of spiked samples were 89.8%-109.5%.The accuracy of the method was further verified by using the standard material of pork liver powder GBW10051(GSB-29),and the results were within the range given in the certificate.Conclusions This method is fast,accurate and reliable,and can provide a basis for the evaluation and supervision of 21 types of metal elements in Spirulina tablets on the market.
