2021年重庆市九龙坡区基层公共卫生人员心理干预效果分析

Analysis the effect of psychological intervention on primary public health workers in Jiulongpo District of Chongqing 2021

目的 分析新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间基层公共卫生人员的心理健康状况及心理干预效果,探索适合基层公共卫生人员的心理干预方法,以提高基层公共卫生人员的心理健康水平。方法 使用症状自评量表(SCL-90)于2021年3—9月对重庆市九龙坡区430名基层公共卫生人员在心理干预前后进行在线调查,运用单因素ANOVA检验比较总均分、卡方检验比较阳性检出率、t检验比较因子均分,分析心理干预前后工作人员和中国常模的心理健康状况差异。采用SPSS 23.0软件进行统计学分析,检验水准设为α=0.05。结果 心理干预后各项因子均分比干预前有所降低,其中强迫症状、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、偏执和精神病性因子均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 采取心理健康知识讲座、团体心理辅导、“一对一”个体心理辅导组合干预模式可以减轻基层公共卫生人员的焦虑、抑郁等负面情绪,促进其心理健康。

Objective To understand the mental health status and the effect of psychological intervention in primary public health workers during the COVID-19 epidemic and explore psychological intervention methods suitable for grassroots public health workers,so as to improve the mental health level of public health personnel.Methods Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90)was used to investigate 430 primary public health workers on line before and after psychological intervention.One-way ANOVA test was used to compare the total average score,Chi-square test was used to compare the positive detection rate and t-test was used to compare the factor average score,in order to analyze the differences between workers and Chinese norms before and after psychological intervention.SPSS 23.0 software was used for statistical analysis,and the test level was α=0.05. Results Theaverage scores of all factors after the intervention were lower than those before the intervention,among which the obsessive- compulsive,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,paranoidideation and psychoticism were statistically significant (P<0.05) . Conclusions The combinedintervention mode of mental health knowledge lectures,group psychological counseling and“one-toone”psychological counseling can reduce the negative emotions of primary public health workers,such as anxiety and depression,and promote their mental health.
