2021年眉山市重点行业工作场所职业病危害因素分析

Monitoring results of occupational disease risk factors in workplaces of key industries in Meishan 2021

目的 为了掌握眉山市重点行业职业病危害现状、工作场所危害因素分布及其浓度或强度水平,评估职业病危害因素暴露对劳动者健康的影响,为职业病防治工作提供依据。方法 2021年8—10月根据国家工作场所监测方案和《眉山市工作场所职业病危害监测工作方案》对眉山市企业开展相关内容调查和监测,对相关数据进行描述性分析。结果2021年8—10月共完成对眉山市141家企业的监测。监测所涉及的重点职业病危害因素主要为矽尘和噪声,矽尘岗位超标占9.47%,噪声岗位超标占27.36%。“三同时”、职业健康检查、防护设施设置和防护用品的发放及使用、劳动者健康检查均未全覆盖。结论 眉山市重点企业职业病防治工作取得了一些效果,但劳动者患职业病的风险较大,职业病防治现状极为严峻,急需将目前正在开展的重点危害因素专项治理工作的各项措施落实到位,加强职业卫生监管、落实企业职业病防治主体责任、提高劳动者个人防护意识、强化本地职业病防治能力。

Objective To grasp the present situation of occupational disease hazards in key industries of Meishan City,and to get the distribution of hazard factors and the level of concentration or intensity,and to assess the impact of occupational disease hazard factor exposure on the health of workers,so that to provide a basis for the prevention and treatment of occupational diseases.Methods From Aug.to Oct.in 2021,according to the National Workplace Monitoring Plan and the Work Plan of Occupational Disease Hazard Monitoring in Meishan City,enterprises in Meishan City were investigated and monitored,relevant data were collected and analyzed descriptively.Results In this survey,we got monitoring data from 141 companies.The main hazards were silicon dust and noise,and posts with excessive silicon dust accounted for 9.47%,and posts with excessive noise accounted for 27.36%.The“three simultaneous”,the occupational health examinations,and the installation of protective facilities and the protective equipment,and the health examinations of workers were not fully covered.Conclusions The prevention and control of occupational diseases in key enterprises has achieved some results,but the risk of occupational diseases is high for the workers, and the current situation of occupational disease prevention isextremely severe. Therefore,it is urgent to pay attention to the implementation of various measuresfor the special control of key hazard factors. We must strengthen occupational health supervision,and implement the main responsibility of enterprises for occupational disease prevention, also wehave to raise workers' awareness of personal protection, and strengthen the local capacity foroccupational disease prevention.
