Advancing the New Development of Lifelong Education in the Engineering Field by Taking the Spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress as Guidance

党的二十大报告阐释了教育强国、科技强国、人才强国的重要作用及内在关系,明确了卓越工程师、大国工匠和高技能人才是国家战略人才的重要组成部分,强调了建设全民学习的学习型社会、学习型大国的时代任务,提出了重点促进高质量充分就业、解决结构性就业矛盾的就业优先战略,并就实现社会主义现代化强国明确了时间表和路线图。文章从我国工程领域教育发展的脉络开始,着重论述为什么终身教育对工程领域意义重大,并就工程领域终身教育新发展提出对策。

The Report of the 2oth CPC National Congress expounds on the important role and internal relations of building China into a leading country in education,science and technology,and talent,and has made it clear that outstanding engineers,master craftsmen,and highly-skilled workers are all important parts of national strategic talent.The report emphasizes the task of building a society and country of learning where lifelong learning is pursued by all,and puts forward the strategy of implementing the employment-first policy by means of promoting high-quality and full employment and tackling structural unemployment.It works out a timetable and roadmap of building China into a great modern socialist country.Starting from the development of engineering education in China,the paper discusses why lifelong education is of great significance to the engineering field,and proposes some corresponding strategies for the new development of lifelong education in the field.
