党的二十大对实施科教兴国战略做出重要部署,同时也为新时代终身教育工作指明了方向。成人高校作为城市终身教育的重要阵地,为我国城市的建设发展输送了大量人才,产生了长远的社会效益和经济效益。近年来,国家经济和社会建设实现跨越式发展,同时,社会需求与教育供给之间的矛盾也日益突出,成人高校建设面临不少问题。因此,深入学习贯彻习近平总书记关于终身教育的重要思想,找准自身角色定位,积极探索先进教学理念,改进教学模式,对于实现成人高校的良性发展,具有重大的现实意义。

The 20th CPC National Congress made important plans for implementing the strategy of invigorating China through science and education and also set the course for lifelong education in the new era.As an important education center for lifelong education in urban areas,adult colleges have cultivated a large number of talent for China's urban construction and development,generating long-term social benefits and economic returns.In recent years,the national economic and social construction has achieved leapfrog development,but the contradiction between social demand and education supply is becoming increasingly conspicuous.Adult colleges encounter many problems in their construction and development.It is of great immediate significance for adult colleges to deeply study and implement the important thoughts of General Secretary Xi Jinping on lifelong education,find their own positions,actively explore advanced teaching concepts,improve the teaching mode and realize the benign development.
