平安校园建设是维护校园安全稳定的一项重要工作,是学校综合管理的重要组成部分。成人高校档案是记录学校安全管理工作开展最真实、最具体的原始性记录,是领导参考决策、检查验收、追究事故责任的重要依据。文章从本校平安校园建设的实际出发,阐述档案工作在平安校园建设过程中发挥的重要作用,梳理并分析其存在的问题及原因,为档案工作更好地服务于平安校园建设提出有针对性的管理策略。

As an important part of comprehensive school management,safe campus construction will help guarantee the campus security and stability.Adult college archives are the most authentic and specific original records of the school safety management work,and an important basis for school leaders to make decisions,inspections and acceptance checks,conduct accident investigations and so on.Starting from school realities,this paper expounds the important role of archive work in the process of safe campus construction,sorts out and analyzes the existing problems and causes,and proposes some corresponding strategies for archival work to better serve safe campus construction.
