摘要
从刚柔耦合动力学的角度来对MG800型采煤机滚筒的截割性能展开分析,应用有限元法进行了数值模拟研究,同时根据实际生产中采煤机滚筒的载荷作用力,获得采煤机滚筒在截割过程中的振动频率,并对滚筒出现共振现象时的频率加以分析。对比刚性以及刚柔耦合两种层次下的模态,进而得到滚筒采煤机在井下的实际生产过程中,并不会出现上述的共振作用,说明该滚筒在截割时是较为安全的。
The cutting performance of the MG800 type drum coal miner was analysed from the perspective of the rigid-flexible coupling dynamics,and numerical simulations were carried out using the finite element method.By comparing the rigid model with the rigid-flexible coupling,it is concluded that the drum coal miner does not experience the above resonance effects during the actual production process down-hole,indicating that the drum is safe for cutting.
