摘要
在分析矿井提升机制动液压系统的基础上,对提升机制动液压系统存在的冲击以及制动滞后性进行优化改进,在盘式制动器处增设紧急卸压回路以及通过瞬时断电操作进行液压控制。通过仿真模拟验证优化后的效果,表明液压制动系统的同步性高,压力控制平稳,响应速度快,具有极高的可靠性。
Based on the analysis of the hydraulic system of mine hoist braking,the impact and braking hysteresis of the hydraulic system of hoist braking were optimized and improved by adding an emergency pressure relief circuit at the disc brake and hydraulic control by instantaneous power-off operation.The simulation verifies that the optimised hydraulic braking system is highly reliable with high synchronisation,smooth pressure control and fast response time.
