摘要
针对斜井缠绕式钢丝绳在长时间运行过程中存在的工况复杂、张力波动大、横纵向耦合振动、张力变化规律未知等问题,通过建立钢丝绳张力的微分方程,并推导计算出在动态拉力作用下的实际钢丝绳扭转特性公式,并以JK-3.5×2.2/30E型单绳缠绕式提升机作为分析对象,根据提升系统的参数研究了斜井缠绕式提升机钢丝绳动态张力和扭转特性,以保证提升系统的安全性和可靠性。
Aiming at the problems of complex working conditions,large tension fluctuation,complex transverse-longitudinal coupling vibration,unknown tension change law,etc.during the long time operation of the inclined shaft winding wire rope,the actual wire rope torsional characteristics equation under the action of dynamic tension was calculated by establishing the differential equation of wire rope tension and deduced,followed by the JK-3.5×2.2/30E type single rope winding hoist as The analysis object,according to the parameters of the hoisting system,studied the dynamic tension and twisting characteristics of the wire rope of the inclined shaft winding hoist to ensure the safety and reliability of the hoisting system.
