为了降低煤泥对矿用皮带机的影响,介绍了一种用于煤矿强力皮带机头煤眼推煤的液压推煤机和可自动循环清洁装置的设计与应用。通过对皮带头水煤泥的全面治理,对强力皮带进行循环清洗、甩干操作,可使皮带巷道粉煤得到全面治理,降低煤尘排放。

In order to reduce the impact of coal sludge on the mining belt machine,the design and application of a hydraulic coal pusher and an automatic circulating cleanable device for pushing coal at the coal eye of the head of the powerful belt conveyor in coal mines is presented.Through the comprehensive treatment of the water coal sludge at the belt head,the circulation cleaning and shaking dry operation of the powerful belt can lead to the comprehensive treatment of the pulverised coal in the belt lane and the reduction of coal dust emission.
