摘要
针对某矿人员提升实际,提出了行人斜井架空乘人装置改造方案。方案从架空乘人装置运输参数、驱动装置、横梁安装方式、运行方式及抱索器、电机功率、托压轮、变坡点托轮、乘人器及供电、照明、信号系统的设计等多方面进行考虑,设计了一套完整的架空乘人装置运行系统。该系统运行稳定,满足了矿井较大规模人员提升的需求,确保了矿井的稳定生产和持续发展。
In view of the actual promotion of personnel in a mine,this paper designs the reconstruction scheme of pedestrian inclined overhead manned equipment.This scheme from the overhead passenger device transport parameters,drive device,beam installation mode,operation mode and rope holding device,motor power,support,pressure wheel,variable slope point wheel,passenger device and power supply,lighting,signal system design and other aspects,the complete design of a overhead manned equipment operation system.The system runs stably and meets the needs of large-scale personnel promotion in mines,ensuring the continuous,stable and rapid development of mine production.
