摘要
针对综采工作面刮板输送机存在的轻载、超载问题,进行负载预测下的刮板输送机调速控制系统设计,同时基于模糊PID控制模型对采煤机与刮板输送机牵引速度进行协同调节。通过试验发现,该系统能够有效降低刮板输送机轻载、超载运行时长,并可进行带速的自适应调控,达到节能减耗效果。
