摘要
煤矿通风系统中,局部通风属于重要组成部分,其使用状况直接影响煤矿生产安全。当前,我国许多煤矿局部通风系统内风机长期处于高频工作状态,智能变频调节没有得到普及,这样不仅不利于长期使用,而且耗电量也会持续增加。基于此,从风量智能控制研究出发,结合模糊预测与故障诊断,分析了局部通风矿机变频调速监控系统部分设计方案。
Local ventilation is an important part of the coal mine ventilation system,and its use directly affects coal mine production safety.At present,in many local ventilation systems in China's coal mines,the fans are in high frequency operation for a long time,without popular intlligent variable frequency adjustment,which is not only unfavourable for long-term use,but also the power consumption will continue to increase.Based on this,from the research of intelligent control of air volume,combined with fuzzy prediction and fault diagnosis,the partial design scheme of the local ventilation mine machine variable frequency speed regulation monitoring system is analysed.
