摘要
在煤炭开采行业普遍应用PLC可编程控制器取代继电器的背景下,从数据采集、自动轮换、自动控制、动态显示等方面介绍了PLC在煤矿井下主排水控制系统中的应用。结果表明,应用PLC进行煤矿井下水仓水位等参数自动检测,并结合实际水位和矿井用电量进行水泵运行数量、时间等的合理调度,可达到避峰填谷、节能降耗的控制目的。
In the context of the common application of PLC programmable controllers instead of relays in the coal mining industry,the application of PLC in the underground main drainage control system of coal mines is introduced in terms of data acquisition,automatic rotation,automatic control and dynamic display.The results show that the application of PLC for automatic detection of parameters such as water level in underground water bunkers in coal mines,and the combination of actual water level and mine elecricity consumption for the reasonable scheduling of the number and timing of pump operation,in order to achieve the control purpose of peak shaving and valley flling,energy saving and consumption reduction.
