摘要
基于传统砂型铸造工艺过程复杂、生产效率低的问题,提出基于微滴喷射原理的砂型3D打印技术。其能快速获得精密铸型技术,可以实现复杂砂型(芯)的快速制造。砂型3D打印技术可实现铸件组织、性能和铸造缺陷的可控性,降低3D打印成本提高生产效率,符合智能化和绿色化的发展方向。
Based on the problem of low production efficiency of the complex traditional sand casting process,the sand 3D printing technology based on the principle of microdrop injection is proposed to obtain the precision casting technology quickly,and the additive processing technology can realize the rapid manufacturing of complex sand(core),which elaborates the technical advantages of sand 3D printing technology,realizes the controllability of casting organization,performance and casting defects,reduces the cost of 3D printing to improve the production It is in line with the development direction of intelligence and greening.
