摘要 以某矿为研究对象,在巷道支护设计理论基础上,对该矿斜矩形巷道采用锚网联合支护方式,并对巷道表面位移及锚杆锚固力进行监测,得到巷道实际支护效果。该支护技术可有效控制围岩的松动和片帮,且在掘进期间,围岩变形小,并在很短的时间内达到稳定;此外,巷道顶板和帮部锚杆的扭矩都大于设计值,能够保证锚杆具有足够的预紧力,较好地控制巷道围岩的变形,从而保证矿井巷道的安全生产。 Taking a mine as the object,based on the theory of roadway support design,we adopt the combined anchor network support method for the sloping rectangular roadway of this mine,and monitor the roadway surface displacement and anchor rod anchorage force to obtain the actual support effect of the roadway.The support technology can effectively control the loosening of the surrounding rock and flaky gang,and the deformation of the surrounding rock is small during the digging period and reaches stability in a short time;in addition,the torque of the anchor rods at the roof and gang of the roadway is greater than the design value,which can ensure the anchor rods have sufficient preload and better control the deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway,thus ensuring the safe production of the mine roadway.
