摘要
为了解决煤矿上空压机余热浪费量大、经济性差的问题,提出了一种新的矿用空压机余热回收技术,对一级油-水串联管壳换热器、热力管网循环系统原理和结构进行了重点分析。根据实际应用表明,新的矿用空压机余热回收技术能够将余热回收效率提升到65.7%以上,年节约费用6.2万元,对提升煤矿经济效益、减少资源浪费具有十分重要的意义。
In order to solve the problems of large waste heat and poor economy of air compressor waste heat in coal mines,a new mining air compressor waste heat recovery technology is proposed,and the principle and structure of the primary water-water tandem shell and tube heat exchanger and heat pipe network circulation system are analyzed with emphasis.According to the practical application,this new mining air compressor waste heat recovery technology can improve the waste heat recovery efficiency to more than 65.7%and save 62,000 RMB annually,which is very important to improve the economic benefits of coal mines and reduce the waste of resources.
