公园城市理念下成都乡村风貌规划管控引导方法探究

塑造特色乡村风貌是贯彻落实乡村振兴战略和推进公园城市建设过程中的重要议题。文章通过梳理成都乡村建设的历程、经验与局限,围绕公园城市乡村表达和城乡融合发展的实际需求,按照系统整合、刚弹结合、场景营造、特色凸显等原则,从管控要素、管控理念和管控标准等方面明确乡村风貌规划管控与引导的方法,塑造“岷江水润、茂林修竹、美田弥望、蜀风雅韵”的乡村大美公园形态。

Shaping characteristic rural landscape is an important topic in the process of implementing the rural revitalization strategy and promoting the construction of park city.By combing through the history,experience and limitations of rural construction in Chengdu,and focusing on the actual needs of rural expression and urban-rural integration development in the context of park cities,this paper clarifies the methods of rural landscape control and guidance from the aspects of control elements,control concepts and control standards in accordance with the principles of system integration,rigid-elastic combination,scene creation,prominent features,etc,to shape the beautiful countryside characterized by"a nourishing Minjiang River,a dense bamboo forest,vast and fertile fields,and the distinctive Shu culture."
