成渝地区双城经济圈城市土地利用效率时空演变特征和影响因素研究

Spatial-temporal Evolutionary Characteristics and Factors Influencing Urban Land Use Efficiency in Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle

提升城市土地利用效率是城市转向内涵集约式发展的重要路径。文章以成渝地区双城经济圈16个城市为研究对象,运用DEA模型和ESDA统计指数,分析城市土地利用效率演变特征和影响因素。研究表明:第一,2010—2020年成渝地区双城经济圈的城市土地利用效率虽然整体处于较高水平,但呈现下降趋势,相较于纯技术效率,规模效率对土地利用综合效率提升贡献更大。第二,从全局看,成渝地区双城经济圈的城市土地利用效率呈现空间正相关,且关联程度呈上升趋势;从局部看,城市土地利用效率主要以高高聚类、低低聚类和高低聚类为主。第三,基于投入产出指标的冗余度,造成土地利用效率无效的主要影响因素是就业人口、固定资产投资和建成区面积;成渝地区双城经济圈土地利用效率未达到有效状态,主要是由于土地、资金、劳动力的投入冗余。

Improving the efficiency of urban land use is an important way for cities to turn towards intensive development.Taking 16 cities in the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle as the research object,this paper uses DEA model and ESDA statistical index to analyze the evolutionary characteristics and influencing factors of urban land use efficiency.The study concludes that:firstly,the overall urban land use efficiency of the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle was at a high level but showed a downward trend from 2010 to 2020.Compared with pure technical efficiency,scale efficiency contributed more to the improvement of comprehensive land use efficiency.Secondly,the overall urban land use efficiency of the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle shows positive spatial correlation,and the correlation degree is on the rise.Locally,urban land use efficiency is mainly dominated by high-high clusters,low-low clusters and high-low clusters.Thirdly,based on the redundancy of input-output indicators,the main factors causing the inefficiency of land use are the employed population in the secondary and tertiary industries,the investment in fixed assets and the area of built-up areas,and they are all input indicators.Hence,the land use efficiency of Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle has not reached an effective state mainly because of the excessive inputs of land,capital and labor force.
