摘要
为了提升电磁屏蔽织物洗涤后的电磁屏蔽稳定性和穿着舒适性,通过设计多层组织和改变导电纱线在电磁屏蔽织物上的分布规律,设计开发了3块导电纱网格边长分别为1.0 cm、0.8 cm、0.6 cm的纬三重组织结构的电磁屏蔽织物和1块组织结构相同的纯涤纶对比布样,对4块试样洗涤前后的电磁屏蔽效能进行了测试。结果表明:采用纬三重组织结构,将导电纱线置于中间层,可以保护导电纱,提升织物电磁屏蔽稳定性和织物接触舒适性;当织物密度参数相同时,导电纱网格边长为0.6 cm的电磁屏蔽织物的电磁屏蔽效果最好,洗涤后的电磁屏蔽稳定性也最好。
In this paper,it aims to study on improving the stability after washing and comfort of electromagnetic shielding fabric by designing multi-layer structures and changing the distribution law of conductive yarn on electromagnetic shielding fabrics.Three electromagnetic shielding fabrics with a weft triple structure of 1.0 cm,0.8 cm and 0.6 cm conductive yarn grid edge length and a pure polyester contrast fabric sample with the same structure were designed and developed,and the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of the four specimens was tested before and after washing.The results show that the use of the weft triple structure and palcing the conductive yarn placed in the middle layer can play a role in protecting the conductive yarn,enhancing the stability of the electromagnetic shielding effect of the fabric and improving the contact comfort.When the fabric density parameters are the same,the electromagnetic shielding effect and the stability of electromagnetic shielding effect after washing are optimal for the electromagnetic shielding fabric with 0.6 cm edge length of conductive yarn grid.
