“目标问题导向式”教学模式在著作权法课堂教学中的应用研究

Research on the application of “goal problem oriented” teachingmode in the classroom teaching of copyright law

“目标问题导向式”教学模式作为一种新型教学方法,其教学设计围绕教学目标展开。此种教学模式的核心是依据课程的教学目标,设计覆盖教学全过程的基本问题、重点问题、难点问题、应用问题、拓展问题5类问题。以中原工学院知识产权专业著作权法课程教学为例,阐释了如何设计5类目标问题,并举例说明“目标问题导向式”教学的基本教育理念在《著作权法》课堂教学中的应用。

As a new teaching method,the“goal problem-oriented”teaching mode is designed around teaching goals.The key of this teaching mode is to design five kinds of problems covering the whole teaching process,namely basic problems,key problems,difficult problems,application problems and expansion problems,according to the teaching objectives of the course.Taking the teaching of copyright law in the intellectual property major of Zhongyuan University of Technology as an example,this paper explains how to design the five kinds of problems,and illustrates the application of the basic educational concept of“target problem-oriented”in the classroom teaching of copyright law.
