摘要 为提高磁共振成像设备(Magnetic Resonance Imaging,MRI)的临床应用质量水平,通过医疗设备信息管理系统和大型医疗设备监管预警平台采集并整理4台MRI设备近5年的300条故障数据,经过帕累托分析法(Pareto analysis method)判断出每台设备故障发生频率最高的子系统,使用拉普拉斯趋势检验分析每台设备的可靠性变化趋势,然后选择非齐次泊松过程-威布尔过程模型拟合出可靠性评估模型,进而得到平均无故障时间。结果表明,计算机与控制系统和射频系统是故障频发的子系统,C型号MRI设备的拉普拉斯趋势检验统计量为1.327,平均无故障工作时间为13.51天,需要临床工程师重点关注。以上结果可以指导临床工程师进行个性化的预防性维护,提高MRI设备临床应用可靠性、降低故障率、节约维修成本,从而实现对MRI设备的精细化管理。 In order to improve the clinical application quality of Magnetic Resonance Imaging equipment(MRI),300 fault data of 4 MRI equipment in the past 5 years were collected and sorted out by the medical device information management system and large-scale medical equipment supervision and early warning platform,and the subsystem with the highest frequency of failure of each equipment was determined by Pareto analysis method.The Laplace trend test was used to analyze the reliability trend of each equipment,and then the non-homogeneous Poisson process-Weibull process model was selected to fit the reliability evaluation model to obtain the mean time between failures.The results show that the computer and control system and radio frequency system are subsystems with frequent failures,and the Laplace trend test statistics of the C-type MRI equipment is 1.327,and the average trouble-free time is 13.51 days,which requires the attention of clinical engineers.The above results can guide clinical engineers to carry out personalized preventive maintenance,improve the reliability of MRI clinical application,reduce the failure rate,and save maintenance costs,so as to realize the refined management of MRI equipment.
