摘要
针对城镇埋地燃气钢管,提出管道应力校核准则。根据城镇燃气规范体系,埋地燃气钢管应力校核通常按管道的许用应力考虑,管道内压引起的轴向应力和外部荷载引起的轴向弯曲应力之和,应不大于管道许用应力。基于应力校核准则,给出埋地燃气钢管变形量控制值的确定方法。利用有限元计算软件,以最大工作压力1.0 MPa、DN 500 mm的埋地燃气钢管为例,进行变形量控制值计算。埋地燃气钢管变形量控制值与管材、管径、壁厚、地下施工影响区及土壤的基床系数等因素有关,在实际计算时应结合具体工况参数。
The stress check criterion of the pipeline is proposed for the urban buried gas pipes.According to the specification system of urban gas,the stress check of buried gas steel pipes is usually considered according to the allowable stress of the pipeline.The sum of the axial stress caused by the internal pressure of the pipeline and the axial bending stress caused by the external load should not be greater than the allowable stress of the pipeline.Based on the stress check criteria,the determination method of the deformation control value of buried gas steel pipe is given.Using the finite element calculation software,taking the buried gas steel pipe with the maximum working pressure of 1.0 MPa and DN 500 mm as an example,the deformation control value is calculated.The deformation control value of buried gas steel pipe is related to factors such as pipe material,pipe diameter,wall thickness,influence area of underground construction and subgrade coefficient of soil,and the actual calculation shall be combined with specific working condition parameters.
