阿司匹林联合瑞格列奈片对妊娠期糖尿病患者胰岛功能及血清脂肪因子的影响

Effects of Aspirin Combined with Repaglinide Tablets on Islet Function and Serum Adipocytokines in Patients with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

目的研究阿司匹林联合瑞格列奈片对妊娠期糖尿病患者胰岛功能及血清脂肪因子的影响。方法选取山东省安丘市妇幼保健院2020年1月—2022年1月收治的80例妊娠期糖尿病为研究对象,依照随机数表法将其分为两组。对照组40例患者接受瑞格列奈片治疗,研究组40例患者接受瑞格列奈片联合阿司匹林治疗。观察两组患者的胰岛功能、血清脂肪因子、血糖指标、炎症因子指标、血浆黏度、血小板聚集率,比较两组患者治疗后不良妊娠结局发生率。结果在治疗前,两组HOMA-IR、HOMA-β、内脂素、ANP、Omentin-1、瘦素、血糖各指标、炎症因子各指标、血浆黏度、血小板聚集率水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组HOMA-IR、内脂素、瘦素、血糖各指标、炎症因子各指标、血浆黏度、血小板聚集率水平低于对照组,HOMA-β、ANP、Omentin-1水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组、研究组不良妊娠结局发生率为10.00%、12.50%,两组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论阿司匹林联合瑞格列奈片可调控妊娠期糖尿病患者胰岛功能及血清脂肪因子表达,降低血糖及炎性反应,属于一种较为有效的治疗方式。

Objective To study the effects of aspirin combined with repaglinide tablets on islet function and serum adipocytokines in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 80 cases of gestational diabetes mellitus treated in Anqiu Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Shandong Province from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as research objects and divided into two groups according to random number table method.In the control group,40 patients received repaglinide tablets.In the study group,40 patients were treated with repaglinide tablets combined with aspirin.The islet function,serum adipokine,blood glucose index,inflammatory factor index,plasma viscosity,and platelet aggregation rate of two group's patients were observed,and the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome after treatment was compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in HOMA-IR,HOMA-β,endolipins,ANP,Omentin-1,leptin,blood glucose indexes,inflammatory factors indexes,plasma viscosity and platelet aggregation rate between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of HOMA-IR,endolipin,leptin,blood glucose,inflammatory factors,plasma viscosity and platelet aggregation rate in the study group were lower than those in the control group,while the levels of HOMA-β,ANP and Omentin-1 were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome was 10.00%in the control group and 12.50%in the study group,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Aspirin combined with repaglinide tablets can regulate the islet function and serum adipocytokines expression in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus,reduce blood glucose and inflammatory response,which is a relatively effective treatment.
