急诊护理干预在糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者中的应用分析

Analysis of the Application of Emergency Nursing Intervention in Patients with Diabetic Ketoacidosis

目的研究糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者接受急诊护理干预的临床效果。方法选取泉州市第一医院2020年5月—2022年7月收治的糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者50例作为研究对象,将其用随机数表法的原则分为两组,每组25例。观察组与对照组的护理方法分别是急诊护理干预、常规护理。比较两组抢救成功率、护理前后患者血糖值的变化情况、康复时间指标以及低血糖发生率。结果观察组和对照组的抢救成功率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组护理3 d后的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖均小于护理前和对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的血糖达标时间、血酮达标时间和尿酮转阴时间均较对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的低血糖发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将急诊护理干预运用在糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者的临床护理上优势显著,有临床借鉴意义和推广价值。

Objective To study the clinical effects of emergency nursing intervention in patients with diabetic ketoacidosis.Methods 50 patients with diabetic ketoacidosis admitted to Quanzhou First Hospital from May 2020 to July 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into two groups with 25 cases in each group using the principle of random number table method.The nursing methods of the observation group and the control group were emergency nursing intervention and conventional nursing,respectively.The success rate of resuscitation,the change of patients'blood glucose value before and after care,the index of recovery time and the incidence of hypoglycemia were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistical significance in the comparison of the resuscitation success rate between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05);the fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose of the observation group after 3 d of care were smaller than those of the pre-care and control groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the time to reach the standard of blood glucose,the time to reach the standard of blood ketones and the time to turn negative of urinary ketones in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of hypoglycemia in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of emergency nursing intervention in the clinical care of diabetic ketoacidosis patients has significant advantages and has clinical significance and promotion value.
