门冬胰岛素30与德谷门冬双胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病患者的疗效对比

Comparison of Efficacy of Insulin Aspart 30 and Degumendong Insulin in Treatment of Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的对比门冬胰岛素30与德谷门冬双胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病患者的疗效。方法从2021年2月—2022年3月在江苏省南京市六合区人民医院接受治疗的2型糖尿病患者中随机选择112例作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为比照组(门冬胰岛素30治疗)及研究组(德谷门冬双胰岛素治疗),各56例。对临床治疗效果展开观察。结果治疗前,两组患者血糖水平及糖化血红蛋白比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组血糖水平、糖化血红蛋白均有所降低,且研究组均低于比照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对2型糖尿病患者展开治疗时,给予德谷门冬双胰岛素的临床治疗效果优于应用门冬胰岛素30,可明显改善患者血糖水平、糖化血红蛋白,降低并发症发生情况,安全性更高。

Objective To compare the efficacy of insulin aspart 30 and Degumendong insulin in the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods One hundred and twelve cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients treated at Nanjing Liuhe District People's Hospital,Jiangsu Province from February 2021 to March 2022 were randomly selected as the study subjects.According to the random number table method,56 cases each were divided into the control group(treated with insulin aspart 30)and the study group(treated with Degumendong insulin).The clinical treatment effect was observed.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in blood glucose level and glycosylated hemoglobin between the tow groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in study group were lower than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of type 2 diabetes patients,the clinical therapeutic effect of Degok aspartate insulin is better than that of insulin aspartate 30,which can significantly improve the blood glucose level and glycosylated hemoglobin of patients,reduce the occurrence of complications,and have higher safety.
