中药内服外敷与二甲双胍片、阿卡波糖联合治疗糖尿病并带状疱疹的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Combining Chinese Medicine Internal and External Application with Metformin Tablets and Acarbose in the Treatment of Diabetes Mellitus with Herpes Zoster

目的探究在中药内服外敷治疗方式基础上,加入二甲双胍联合阿卡波糖治疗糖尿病并带状疱疹患者的效果。方法选取2020年7月-2021年7月长春市中心医院收治的46例糖尿病并带状疱疹患者,利用信封法将患者分为比照组(内服龙胆泻肝汤加减+加味二妙散煎汤外洗+二甲双胍片)及研究组(内服龙胆泻肝汤加减+加味二妙散煎汤外洗+二甲双胍片联合阿卡波糖),各23例。比较临床治疗效果。结果治疗前,两组血糖水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗14、30 d后,两组患者血糖水平均有所降低,相较于比照组,研究组血糖更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组胰岛素功能比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,相较于比照组,研究组胰岛素抵抗指数更低,而稳态模型胰岛素分泌指数更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对糖尿病并带状疱疹患者展开治疗期间,基于中药内服外敷治疗方式给予患者二甲双胍片联合阿卡波糖治疗,临床治疗效果显著。

Objective To investigate the effect of adding metformin combined with acarbose on top of the internal and external treatment modalities of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of patients with diabetes mellitus and herpes zoster.Methods From July 2020 to July 2021,46 patients with diabetes and herpes zoster who were admitted to Changchun Central Hospital were selected.The patients were divided into a comparison group(taking orally Longdan Xiegan Decoction+washing out Jiawei Ermiao Sanjian Decoction+metformin tablets)and a study group(taking orally Longdan Xiegan Decoction+washing out Jiawei Ermiao Sanjian Decoction+metformin tablets+acarbose)by envelope method,23 patients in each group.Compare the clinical treatment effect.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in blood glucose level between the two groups(P>0.05);After 14 d and 30 d of treatment,the blood glucose level of patients in the two groups decreased on average,compared with the control group,the blood glucose level in the study group was lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in insulin function between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the insulin resistance index of the study group was lower,while the insulin secretion index of the steady-state model was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During the treatment of patients with diabetes and herpes zoster,based on the oral administration and external application of traditional Chinese medicine,metformin tablets combined with acarbose were given to the patients.The clinical effect was significant.
