眼底激光联合羟苯磺酸钙在糖尿病视网膜病变中的有效性分析

Effectiveness Analysis of Fundus Laser Combined with Calcium Dobesilate in Diabetic Retinopathy

目的探讨并分析眼底激光联合羟苯磺酸钙在糖尿病视网膜病变中的有效性。方法选取2019年1月—2022年1月在兰陵县人民医院进行治疗护理的80例糖尿病视网膜病变患者作为研究对象。通过随机数表法将其分为两组,对照组(40例,76眼)采用单纯眼底激光治疗,研究组(40例,75眼)采用眼底激光联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗。比较两组患者视网膜新生血管荧光素渗漏面积和治疗效果。结果治疗前,两组患者视网膜新生血管荧光素渗漏面积比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗3个月后,两组患者视网膜新生血管荧光素渗漏面积均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病视网膜病变中应用眼底激光联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗可减轻视网膜新生血管荧光素渗漏面积,改善临床效果。

Objective To investigate and analyze the effectiveness of fundus laser combined with calcium dobesilate in diabetic retinopathy.Methods A total of 80 diabetic retinopathy patients undergoing treatment and care in the Lanling County People's Hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups by a random number table.The control group(40 cases,76 eyes)treated with fundus laser alone,the study group(40 cases,75 eyes)treated with fundus laser combined with calcium dobesilate.Compared the retinal neovascular fluorescein leakage area and treatment effect between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in retinal neovascularization fluorescein leakage area between the two groups(P>0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the leakage area of retinal neovasculum fluorescein in both groups was lower than before treatment,and the study group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In diabetic retinopathy,fundus laser combined with calcium dobesilate can reduce the leakage area of retinal neovascularization fluorescein and improve the clinical effect.
