狭小空间内贝雷架整体水平滑移定点拆除施工技术

摘要 为保证狭小空间内主体结构内部大跨度贝雷梁拆除的安全性及经济性,发明了一种新型拆除技术。通过小型液压千斤顶将处于洞口上的贝雷架两侧顶起,利用小型液压平板叉车进行支撑,同时根据定位路线固定角钢轨道后,采用人力将贝雷架整体滑移至既定区域进行拆除。结合BIM技术,在拆除施工前进行等比例建模,充分模拟现场实际工况,对拆除施工工程提前进行策划,最终成功拆除狭小空间位置的大型贝雷梁,大大减少了传统卷扬机吊拆的安全风险,同时达到了节约场地、节约工期、降低施工成本的目的。 To ensure the safety and economy of the removal of large-span bailey frame in the main structure in a narrow space,a new removal technology is invented.The two sides of the bailey frame on the whole are jacked up with a small hydraulic jack,it is supported with a small hydraulic flat forklift,and the whole bailey frame is manually slid to the given area for removal after fixing the angle steel track according to the positioning route.Combined with the BIM technology,the proportional modeling is carried out before the demolition construction,the actual site conditions are fully simulated,the demolition construction project is planned in advance,and finally the large bailey frame in a narrow space is successfully removed,which greatly reduces the safety risk of the traditional hoist lifting and removal,and achieves the purpose of saving the construction site and the construction period and reducing the construction cost.
