摘要
在上海复杂的地质条件下,盾构掘进施工中盾构机接收时,破除钢筋混凝土洞门期间洞门时常发生涌水险情现象。为确保盾构机能安全到达接收架以及消除洞门涌水,积极采用在盾构机内部通过盾体径向孔以及钢筋混凝土管片中预留注浆孔向洞门周边土体注入双液浆和聚氨酯,对洞门附近的渗水通道进行综合性封堵,效果较好。结合上海市地铁工程建设实例,具体阐述了发生洞门涌水险情时的应急抢险措施和效果,可对今后有类似险情情况发生的工程提供一定的参考。
Under the complex geological conditions in Shanghai,during the shield reception in the shield tunneling construction,water gushing often occurs at the tunnel portal during the removal of the reinforced concrete tunnel portal.To ensure that the shield machine can reach the receiving frame safely and eliminate the water gushing at the tunnel portal,it is actively used to inject binary slurry and polyurethane into the soil around the tunnel portal through the radial hole of the shield and the reserved grouting hole in the reinforced concrete segment inside the shield machine,and to comprehensively plug the seepage channel near the tunnel portal.Good results are achieved.Combined with the construction example of Shanghai subway project,the emergency rescue measures and effects in case of water inrush at the tunnel portal are described in detail,which can provide some reference for projects with similar dangerous situations in the future.
