摘要
以某小直径超长距离盾构隧道内现浇混凝土平台施工为例,从运输轨道、隧道内混凝土搅拌运输车、施工段划分、混凝土垂直运输、混凝土供应等方面开展深入研究和探索,提出了切实可行的小直径超长距离隧道内现浇混凝土平台高效施工技术。工程实例表明,该施工技术合理可行,操作性强,比原计划工期提前完成了现浇混凝土平台施工作业,可为今后类似工程提供指导和借鉴。
Taking the construction of cast-in-place concrete platform in a small diameter and ultra-long distance shield tunnel as an example,it is researched and explored deeply from the aspects of transportation track,concrete mixer truck in the tunnel,construction section division,concrete vertical transportation,concrete supply,etc.,and the practical and effective construction technology of cast-in-place concrete platform in a small diameter and ultra-long distance tunnel is proposed.The project example shows that the construction technology is reasonable and feasible,and the operability is strong.The cast-in-place concrete platform construction is completed ahead of the original schedule,which can provide guidance and reference for similar projects in the future.
