上海市内环高架防撞墙表面修复材料与施工技术研究

摘要 上海市内环高架已经服役近30年,部分防撞墙已经出现开裂、外表皮脱落等问题,严重影响地面行人安全以及城市的美化程度。通过研究高性能修复砂浆的基本参数性能,分析砂浆对于防撞墙的修复效果,明确“表面破除、模板安装、修复材料灌浆于一体施工技术”的可行性,为上海市区建筑物改造、更新迭代提供了技术支撑。 The Shanghai inner ring viaduct has been in service for nearly 30 years.Some anti-collision walls have cracked and peeled off,which has seriously affected the safety of pedestrians on the ground and the beautification of the city.By studying the basic parameters and performance of high-performance repair mortar,analyzing the repair effect of mortar on the anti-collision wall,and clarifying the feasibility of"the integral construction technology of surface breaking,formwork installation,and repair material grouting",the technical support is provided for the renovation and renewal of buildings in Shanghai urban area.
