摘要 现行保压取心球阀一般为销槽结构,即外部固定销和球体表面槽孔配合,通过固定销不动球体上行的过程实现球阀关闭,结构单一,可靠性低。为解决以上问题,提出了一种梅花轮式球阀结构方案。采用梅花轮和齿键配合方式实现球阀启闭,梅花轮端面和内衬套接触面为面接触,球阀开启前和关闭后,内管柱上下活动时梅花轮不会发生转动,提高了密封可靠性。分别对球阀中球体、弹簧、梅花轮及齿键的选型和计算过程进行了说明,对球体和阀座受力情况进行了有限元模拟分析,计算和分析结果符合结构设计要求。研究结果为提高保压取心球阀密封稳定性提供了一条新途径。 The current pressure maintaining coring ball valve is generally of pin groove structure,that is,the external fixed pin is matched with the slot hole on the surface of the ball,and the ball valve is closed by the process of the fixed pin not moving but the ball upward.This structure requires that the positioning accuracy,dimension accuracy and assembly accuracy of accessories are very high,otherwise,the ball will rotate too small or too large,causing sealing failure,which is one of the main reasons for weak pressure holding capacity,low pressure holding success rate and poor flexibility.In order to solve the above problems,a structural scheme of plum blossom wheel ball valve is proposed.The opening and closing of the ball valve is realized by the combination of the plum blossom wheel and the tooth key.The end face of the plum blossom wheel is in contact with the contact surface of the inner bushing.Before and after the ball valve is opened,the plum blossom wheel will not rotate when the inner pipe column moves up and down,which improves the sealing reliability.The selection and calculation process of ball,spring,plum wheel and tooth key in the ball valve are described respectively,and the stress of the ball and valve seat is analyzed by finite element simulation.The calculation and analysis results meet the design requirements.The research results provide a new way to improve the sealing stability of the pressure maintaining coring ball valve.
