摘要
为满足底抽巷掘进矸石排矸需求,保证矿井瓦斯治理工程的正常推进,缓解矿井采掘接替紧张局面,根据矿井井下条件和瓦斯直立巷道断面尺寸及掘进工艺,设计加工智能化仓储式机械水平矸仓以解决矸石的储存问题,矸仓可满足矸石一天储存需求,集中时间将矸石运输至主煤流系统进行提升。同时,对地面缓冲仓给煤机进行改造,将给煤机改造成双向给煤机,正向运输原煤、反向运输矸石,从而形成矿井高效、智能矸石运输系统。
In order to meet the demand of gangue discharge in bottom pumping roadway,ensure the normal progress of mine gas treatment project,and relieve the shortage of mine mining replacement,intelligent mechanical horizontal gangue storage bin is designed and processed according to the underground conditions of mine,the section size of vertical gas roadway and excavation technology to solve the problem of gangue storage.Gangue storage bin can meet the demand of gangue storage for one day.Centralized time to transport gangue to the main coal flow system for lifting.At the same time,the coal feeder of the ground buffer warehouse is reformed,and the coal feeder is transformed into a bidirectional coal feeder,which carries raw coal forward and gangue backward,thus forming an efficient and intelligent coal gangue transportation system in the mine.
