摘要
本研究主要探究了继电保护与配电自动化协同故障处理技术在相间短路故障与小电流接地故障中的应用。文章首先介绍了相间短路故障、小电流接地故障的处理思路、保护配置和整定方案。随后设计了对照处理,原方案为“继电保护+电压时间型馈线自动化处理”,新方案为“继电保护+配电自动化协同处理”,验证两种方案对相间短路故障、相电流接地故障的处理效果。结果表明,运用新方案处理相间短路故障,停电户数和长时间停电户时数均有明显下降;运用新方案处理小电流接地故障,年均短时停电户次数减少了85.4%。继电保护与配电自动化协同处理技术对相间短路故障和小电流接地故障的处理效果良好。
This research mainly explores the application of relay protection and distribution automation collaborative fault handling technology in phase short circuit fault and small current ground fault.This paper firstly introduces the treatment idea,protection configuration and setting scheme of interphase short circuit fault and small current ground fault.Then a control treatment is designed.The original scheme is"relay protection+voltage time type feed line automation processing",while the new scheme is"relay protection+distribution automation collaborative processing",to verify the treatment effect of the two schemes on phase short circuit fault and phase current grounding fault.The results show that the number of households with power outage and the number of long time households with power outage decrease obviously when the new scheme is used to deal with the inter-phase short-circuit fault.Using the new scheme to deal with the small current ground fault,the annual number of short-time power outage households has been reduced by 85.4%.The relay protection and distribution automation cooperative processing technology is effective in the treatment of interphase short circuit fault and small current ground fault.
