摘要
本研究首先对五轴钻掘双喷搅拌钻整体设计进行分析,对液压步履桩架、多通道回转接头、液控限速平衡阀、双喷浆结构、五轴结构等关键零部件结构进行设计,所设计的五轴钻掘双喷搅拌钻机相较于其他钻机,核心性能突破主要表现在施工高效、节能环保、施工深度大3个方面。
This research firstly analyzes the overall design of the five axis drilling and excavation double spray mixing drill,and designs key component structures such as hydraulic walking pile frame,multi-channel rotary joint,hydraulic control speed limit balance valve,double spray structure,and five axis structure.Compared with other drilling machines,the designed five axis drilling and excavation double spray mixing drill has core performance breakthroughs mainly in three aspects:construction efficiency,energy conservation and environmental protection,and large construction depth.
