摘要
为提高公路在荷载作用下的稳定性,提出公路工程中软土路基换填施工技术研究。按照井字形状的方式在目标软土路基段周围设置排水沟,实施对软土的开挖清理后,在底层构建大小为5°的平整坡度,使用硬度高的岩石以厚度50.0 cm的标准实施对路基的分层次填铺,并利用碎石屑进行填铺材料的嵌合和找平,采用气压的方式对下沉路基进行打孔处理,并灌注混凝土使得各填铺层形成整体性关系,最后采用自行式震荡压路机按照从两边向中间的顺序实施压实操作,直至达到验收标准。检验结果表明,设计软土路基换填施工技术可以保障路基在荷载要求下保持稳定性。
In order to improve the stability of highways under load,a study on the construction technology of soft soil roadbed replacement in highway engineering is proposed.Set up drainage ditches around the target soft soil roadbed section in a well shaped manner,excavate and clean the soft soil,construct a flat slope of 5°on the bottom layer,use high hardness rocks to fill the roadbed in layers with a thickness of 50.0 cm,and use crushed stone chips to embed and level the filling materials.Use air pressure to drill holes in the sinking roadbed,And pour concrete to form an overall relationship between each filling layer,and finally use a self-propelled vibrating roller to carry out compaction operations in a sequence from both sides to the middle until the acceptance standards are met.The inspection results indicate that the design of soft soil roadbed replacement construction technology can ensure the stability of the roadbed under load requirements.
