摘要
为实现对长输管道腐蚀速率的计算,引入CART开展下述计算方法的设计研究。通过典型管道土壤环境腐蚀速率推荐、基于CART的腐蚀速率回归树计算模型构建、回归树剪枝处理、长输管道长期腐蚀速率与短期腐蚀速率计算,提出一种新的计算方法。通过实验分析得出,新的计算方法可以用于对常数管道腐蚀速率的计算,且通过进一步运算得到的管段最大腐蚀速率具备极高的精度,能够为管道维护与维修提供更加可靠的依据支撑。
In order to calculate the corrosion rate of long-distance pipelines,CART was introduced to carry out the design and research of the following calculation method.A new calculation method is proposed by recommending the corrosion rate of typical pipeline soil environment,constructing a corrosion rate regression tree calculation model based on CART,pruning the regression tree,and calculating the long-term and short-term corrosion rates of long-distance pipelines.Through experimental analysis,it was found that the new calculation method can be used to calculate the constant pipeline corrosion rate,and the maximum corrosion rate of the pipeline section obtained through further calculation has extremely high accuracy,which can provide more reliable basis support for pipeline maintenance and repair.
