摘要 本文运用文献资料、录像观察、数理统计及对比分析等研究方法,以2019-2022年啦啦操世锦赛集体花球前三名和中国队转体类难度动作运用情况为研究对象,查阅2017-2020周期和2021版啦啦操竞赛规则开展相关研究,旨在分析规则引导下集体花球啦啦操转体类难度发展趋势,寻找我国与世界顶尖队伍间存在的差距,为促进我国运动员转体类难度的发展提供借鉴。研究结果:①转体类难度在成套动作中的运用次数逐渐增加,编排上顶尖队伍完成种类较多,难度系数较高并加入个人能力的展示,而中国队以基本难度为主,创新性不足,缺乏亮点;②新规则下对身体姿态与难度动作完成质量的要求进一步提高,中国队在这方面还有所欠缺。 By using research methods such as literature review,video observation,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis,with the use of rotating difficulty in the top three pom and the Chinese team in the 2019-2022 cheerleading World Championships as the research object,the purpose of this paper is to analyze the development trend of the rotating difficulty of the pom under the guidance of the rules,by consulting the 2017-2020 cycle cheerleading competition rules and the 2021 version of the cheerleading competition rules,so as to find out the gap between Chinese team and the world’s top teams,and provide reference for promoting the development of Chinese athletes’difficulty in rotating.The research draws the following conclusions:(a)the use of rotating difficulty in complete sets of movements is gradually increasing.In terms of arrangement,the top teams complete more types,have higher difficulty coefficients and join in the demonstration of individual abilities.The Chinese team mainly focuses on basic difficulties,and lacks innovation and highlights.(b)Under the new rules,the requirements for the completion quality of difficult movements have been further improved,and the Chinese team still lacks in this respect.
